    Hey guys, I have a 2003 gtp .. The fan on my hvac is only blowing on 3,4 and 5 setting.. No 1st or 2nd.. I recall reading somewhere about something in the steering column.. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thx

    Sounds the blower motor resistor. Which would be under the dash on the passanger side.
