Been a while since i posted to this forum!
Mods: top swap, xp cam, 3.4 pulley, u-bend delete running autolite 104s gaped at .055"...98 gp

She's been sitting for a while and i just got it back out to mess with it. anyhow, when building boost with a light throttle the car would sputter and would do the same from a light throttle to wot. So i decided to take a gander on the line and found similar situations and the guy closed the gap on his plugs..after reading the thread, i set the gap on my plugs to about .040" with roughly +.002" of an inch and -nothing. so at the most it was set to .042". The car ran a whole lot better...however the "sputter" was still there at wot! only thing i can think of is to cold of a plug maybe? thoughts/ suggestions are appreciated!! Thanks guys

104's seem fine to me. .042 gap is kinda small, .050 sounds better to me anyway.

I would just get 6 new plugs because they are so cheap.

But could it be knocking aswell, you say only a u-ben delete with a cam and 3.4. That just doesnt sound like it would flow enough.

I've scanned with the setup and it wasn't knocking at all so I don't think that's the problems. I will try setting the plugs to .050 And see what happens. If that doesn't help I think I may try a different heat range to see if that fixes it....
Would bad kr cause those symptoms? My 2008 has reached as much as 8 degrees with a stock motor and it didn't feel/ sound like that at all.
