I was more worried about in the pic of the cable, ie heads in 2 directions? Like has a small piece that comes off right at the beginning. Guess I'm not sure where those ones head.

I don't. Only the big bolts that hold the engine and trans together. Thats I guess why I was told to out them where they currently are. And never gave me problems until now after almost 4 months

And I assume it should be right in the location of the pic you sent of the grounds near the starter?

I will look, it might be at my grandparents house though.. Which is where the swap took place. I think I remember my grandpa for some reason grabbing a trans bolt off of the other trans when I was working on putting something else together. Makes sense why the wrong bolt is there now. I bet he thought the stud was the wrong piece lol

I know they are different bolts. That's why I told him to switch the bolts and the ground location to one spot lower. Idk if it makes a difference. But that's where mine is grounded at

Is it supposed to drain all the coolant in the engine?

Best way to do that? =P
I tried flushing it out when I first got the motor put into this car. Hooked a hose up to the top and ran water through until it was pouring out the other end. Then filled with coolant and water. Everything that just poured out was nice and green, just this thin layer of mud crap that was literally at the end of the knock sensor o.O
