Those are what I run on E85 with my 3.1 pulley setup. Working great!

find someone to tune your car for 42# injectors and throw E85 in, should work fine.
Just an update converted car to e85 running the exact stuff the v8supercars use we had to stop tuning on the dyno due to a cv shaft failure but on the first run I got 220hphttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14...f1ae1991a9.jpg
tune is finished annd http://i60.tinypic.com/dwp114.jpg
Who ever tuned your ride is really good. No spikes, and look at that flat torque curve
Damn you GM, why you no bring over RWD 3800s.
:th_beatdeadhorse:
Nice numbers though, OP.
Tuning took about 4 hours on the dyno adding timing and redoing fuel and spark mapping.
Rwd l67s are great fun haha
just doing a lil testing of the car on a private rd.

Oh man, that sounds pretty good too!
Niceeeeeeeee!
So much want.
Dumb question coming. Why would you want to run E85 when it now costs the same or more than E 10 gas and gets 20-30 % less mpg.

Cause E85 ≈ 100+ Octane.
its corn racegas! It is also a chemical intercooler because of the higher evaporative rate, and the fact that you are injecting more fuel, so you can make a lot more power (especially with more boost) with e85 than even a comparable octane, non-ethanol racegas, and much more than pump 91/93. In a lot of areas its even cheaper than 87, and much cheaper than 91.
Makes sense then if power and not mpg is your main goal. So on a straight stock flex fuel vehicle does it make any sense, do you see power increases?

Yes, on newer cars, Chevy for example lists 2 power figures, one for gas and one for e85, because the computer reads what fuel is coming in, and will adjust timing and other factors to get more power. If i remember on a 5.3L Chevy silverado there was about a 25HP and 40 TQ increase.
Ok. Thanks. Sorry for the hijack. Back to the converting discussion.

e10 is **** doesn't give you the gains e85 does
