Not to my knowledge bill any thing to check? Mechanically? Could it be tuning?

I think you need to get the tune worked out before id blame the gen5 unless its making noise from a bad coupler i doubt its bad. You might have a vac leak somewhere too thats messing with the boost level.

I dont think its the coupler.. tune might need a return... vac leak? Wouldn't I hear it? Or wouldn't my car not come on?

It proves my actual theory. I hold back at times to solicit more info.

Diagnosis: There is a problem between the seat and steering wheel. I'm not quite sure what the problem is, but I know it's in that area.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

No it isn't... and yes i am ..I was at one point of time I had heavy degrees of knock but that is because of headers hitting the sway bar and bad motor mounts and me needed to purge the intercooler

You can adjust it but I have no idea how to or if thats even the proper way to fix it.

So you adjust it? You have to get a new one?

Replace it. Readjusting doesn't do anything.

How did you find out it was the BBV? When my car gave me problems building boost it was a bad boos bypass actuator. And I didn't have to adjust anything.

There are only 2 bolts. The BBV holds the shaft closed against the stop when the engine isn't running. Vacuum opens the valve and lack of vacuum and a spring close it.
