For best results and less chance for leaks use the Gen V LIM.

So this wouldn't be a good LIM I just dont want to replace my LiM gaskets they are new they dont have no more than 20 miles on them but I dont want to buy new ones if I don't have to should I use a l32 gasket or just RTV the blower onto the LIM?

You can reuse them if they're the metal ones...I've seen a done multiple times without failure.

The only thing that gets RTV is the corners where the LIM gaskets meet the rubber valley gaskets and that's only a dab.

You could RTV the blower to the LIM if you'd like. I've done it and it works.

Just make sure the opening is up to a gen v. Since the outlet is further up on it. That's if you had it set up with a gen 3 before. Use rtv on the corners only I have reused the metal gaskets many times before. You can also add a thin layer of rtv on the bottom and upper part of the gasket. I do it all the time. And if I ever remove it I just take it off with a razor

Only thing I'd be concerned with is the pcv groove that is cut into the LIM.

If you are looking for a Gen V lim, I have a Gen 3 I modded to Gen V sizing with ported runners and plugged coolant ports. Happened to find it cleaning the garage last week.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

If you look at the pic in the first post. On the lower left of the LIM is a groove, it's for the pcv with the IC. That is all I'd be worried about. Meanwhile..if you clean up that black LIM, we'dl let you use it.

Take off all the paint up top. You can use a gen 3 gasket and cut it up but I wouldn't suggested for you just get a gen v sc gasket
