16psi on 2.8......
Boost psi is JUST A NUMBER, the better the car flows the lower the number.
So your car on a 2.8 wont make the same as mine on stock heads.
Boost psi doesn't mean jack. Means even less if your comparing one engine to another.
Around 10-11 psi on 3.5 gen v, xp cam/plogdp combo.

Why no headers? That's a interesting setup with that cam do plog/dp flows just as good as headers?

No.[/QUOTE
Lol well obviously plog dp is easier but for the easier install curious to see if it flows better which is probably not
I had 15 psi on a stock pulley gen v, l26, xpz, ported heads. Oh, at about 4k rpms.![]()
11 psi on a gen v and 3.3 with cai and speed daddy headers.
L36 block, ported heads, XP cam, SLP headers, Gen V, 3.4 pulley, IC'ed....sat at 6 psi. 8 PSI on a 3.2. 10 PSI on the 3.0.
full size phenolic intercooler, ported gen 3, 75 mm N*, gen 3 rotor pack with gen 5 coating, headers, and max out at 10 lbs of boost. also have a built transmission with a 2500 stall, not sure if that makes a difference.
It's better than manifolds...but not better than headers.
3.3 gen5 xp plog ported rear 11psi
