difference between hotter and colder plugs-
Hotter plugs have a minutely larger gaps and a larger conductor to try and increase the diameter of the spark that ignites the fuel. all is good except for it not being a very accurate ignition.
its like dumping a gallon of napalm to burn a pile of leaves. Yes it gets the job done but it does not allow for a even combustion.
Colder plugs have a minutely smaller gap and conductor to decrease the size of the spark diameter to enhance a even ignition from center of the cylinder head burning down to the piston head, developing more crank HP and less likelihood of an un-even burn.
