Did you drill the hole in the rear of the manifold for the rear PCV? WBS intercoolers require a hole drilled for the PCV to supply vacuum to crank case.

Cap the nipple on the back of gen 5.

If you have pressure in the crank case and oil all over you are most likely leaking boost and pressure into the crankcase somewhere on the intercooler install.

The rear PCV for the ZZP core is functional, even with a genV on it. ZZP said to hook the rear up in the way I have it and nothing about drilling into the rear valve cover. I didn ask about the front at the time as I was running a breather. I will check the bypass. Youre suggesting the front is ok and the rear needs to be drilled correct?
