The rear PCV for the ZZP core is functional, even with a genV on it. ZZP said to hook the rear up in the way I have it and nothing about drilling into the rear valve cover. Youre suggesting the front is ok and the rear needs to be drilled correct?Nipple on back of gen 5 actually goes through the supercharger to the front hole that you have plugged or is blocked. It is not unusual to have for the small passage by the boost bypass valve on bottom of supercharger not sealed correctly.
Did you drill the hole in the rear of the manifold for the rear PCV? WBS intercoolers require a hole drilled for the PCV to supply vacuum to crank case.
Cap the nipple on the back of gen 5.
If you have pressure in the crank case and oil all over you are most likely leaking boost and pressure into the crankcase somewhere on the intercooler install.
