    I have a 04 GP GTP that im trying to figure out how to bypass the supercharger wastegate and get more boost. Any suggestions?

    Yeah, don't.

    You wont gain any boost either, it's not possible to make more boost without spinning the supercharger faster.

    It's not a wastegate.

    It bypasses the supercharger only when traction control is trying to reduce engine power or the car is in vacuum, aka not in boost.

    So again, smaller pulley. And no, one does not simply put a smaller pulley on the car.

    Actually 99% of the reason its there is to improve gas mileage and reduce rotor noise at idle. But it also kinda does that as well.

    on a side note. my BBV failed the other day and caused it to stay shut. still had vac at idle and low throttle but mpg started to suck and fuel trims pegged 16.4. luckily i have access to a smoke machine at work. If not i would never had suspected the bbv. also learned the BBV from a 97 blower is different then the 98+ as the ports are in different locations. and the dealer wants $250 for one. or 70 on ebay, or $5 at junk yard.... lol
