Thread: Supercharger Overhaul Questions

Make outlet a "V" shape
Remove bolt bosses
Angle the edge of the outlet to match rotor angle
Install new coupler
Change SC Oil
MPS on there as well
Clean up inlet - unless this is going to cause major tune issues

Anything else? Should the oil on the casing inside where the rotors sit be cleaned off?
Any bearing maintenance?
What bits did you guys use? Is it best to start with a sawzal or something then clean everything up? Carbide round bit maybe? Wood bit lol?

I used a sawzall and then cleaned it up with a carbide bit and some stones.
