So there's a rattle coming from the blower its no the coupler because I just put a new one on. I'm scared its the bearings in the blower case cause I heard they are hard to change. Any ideas?

You put a eaton green coupler in correct?

Maybe its something else, does it go away with a little increase in rpms?

Put the green one back on, put it back together w/o the belt and rock it back and forth to see if there's any play. Could have a bad coupler.
