I put on a S2 I/C from ZZP. There is a passage for the PVC valve cut into the ported LIM. If I got that clogged with sealer obviously the PVC system would not work as intended. Could that cause a rise in internal pressure? I replaced the valve cover gaskets last year when I did rockers. After the I/C install I am getting a little oil seepage from under the Valve cover gaskets. Could that be related?

Which gaskets did you use and did you change the grommets?

Gaskets came from ZZP and the grommets were replaced (Felpro).

the ZZP valve cover gaskets only work with their aluminum valve covers. They pretty much suck with stock valve covers. If you're really worried about PCV, get a valve cover breather for additional insurance.

I would think its the gaskets. I don't like the way those fit in the stock valve covers. Fit great in their polished covers..but not stockers.

ZZP says a drive by wire needs programming to use a valve cover breather. Anyone know anything about that?
