Ok so I just bought a Gtp a week ago with a 3.4 pulley on it. engine is bored,.20 over. It has pacesetter headers and mufflers with 2.5inch exhaust.

Has stock air intake, seller said he
had cold air but took it off as it killed gas, mileage?

Am I safe running this, do I need diff air intake? thanks.

Should be fine. Might not be, might be able to run a smaller pulley.

You need a way to scan for kr. More than likely you will need more supporting mods. That is the only way to tell for sure.

    Like what?

He has headers and a pulley. Basically all he needs.

Like I said, might be too much pulley, might be just right, might work with more pulley.

    no.

You need a scan gauge II, aeroforce scan gauge, HPT or DHP.

Aero is overpriced crap, but fits a gauge pod. Scanguage is overpriced but decent. HPT is overpriced for this platform, but reliable. DHP is more difficult to work with, but less expensive and will still be worth the same when you go to sell it.

Nothing else will show KR. And it is only worth monitoring when getting in the gas.

I am simply saying that every car is different. If I ran my car with a 3.4 with only headers I would have chipped pistons a long time ago.

I would agree if you plan on modding and can afford one the aeroforce is great.
