Looking at getting a intercooler kit from zzp but I want to know if anyone has done it yet to let me know if its worth it. Explain problems you had during installation and if there was any problems after installation and where you got your kits and everything that was installed. Pictures would be awesome.

Here is the site to where I want to purchase mine.

    Thanks!

Well with a intercooler kit I can automatically put a 2.1 pulley on with no kr. I'm not doing that tho, I just want a 3.5 pulley, headers, cai, res delete with a 28 inch glasspack and a dyno tune. Should bring about 400hp and around 475tg "what I was told"

    400 CHP is 320 WHP.

Which I might say would be stock cam record territory which means you're going to have to work harder than that to get there.

    Core and LIM from here:
    http://www.grandprixforums.net/450-p...ter-42711.html

Hoses and clamps you can get at a home improvement store

Heat exchanger you can get off Frozenboost.com or one from a 3800 Vendor OR you can get a VW radiator and use that.

Pump you can get off Ebay. I am using a Johnson pump because it's small and works
    very well.

You will save quite is bit sourcing everything yourself instead of buying a kit

    OR

Find a full used kit off here or another forum but it probably won't be phenolic.

Yea 2.1 is a couple thousand dollars away. And then there's the trans. I fear you need to do some research. Start with the safetly modding thread.

Twas just teasing... You really need "supporting mods" first, at least headers anyway, and a good custom tune(boxed tunes can blow motors)

And fuel rail prices have to be added in... Here's a set I welded up and powdercoated and the rest of my IC setup before I started it back up to discover my flexplate was bent somehow. It's ZZP S2 core, ZZP S3 FMHE, 8GPM pump
