You have to take the rotor pack out to port it.
So just tape over the needle bearings in the rear of the case and go at it, then just blow the shavings out and wipe it down.
Plug the silencer ports so it whines.
I hear that makes it less efficient so dont realy want to do that
It doesen't make it less efficient, it actually increases efficiency, but unless you feel like risking with jb weld or have a shop at your disposal to make a block off plate it's not worth it.
I used simple grinding disks along with metal grinders to take bulk metal out then the stone disks to smooth it. Used a small 12" bit extension with a sleeve of electrical 1/2" tubing that the bit extension went through to hold and place pressure on the bit (sideways) while grinding. That way it's not just the drill you're holding which is much harder. As for how to's, you'll need to use the search function and google. There are lots of how to's. Check porting vid's on heads and intakes too to get an idea on what you should be doing if never tackled a porting job before. It is rather simple though, just go slow and take a little at a time, don't try to rush it.

I use a router with a cheap wood bit, then clean up with the die grinder.
As said, don't plug your silencer ports. It lowers the efficiency.
have you made a block off plate for your car? didn't notice you were in Ontario.
No my car is a GT. If/when I buy a gtp it's one mod I defiantly want to do because it makes the blower whine louder. I didn't know that it might loose efficiency.
