Last night I bent the trans dipstick a little more & tied it off to the EGR bracket - that should be out of the way for sure

Noticed that my boost pressure gets up to about 11 lbs - is that expected with my mods?
KR seems to go down the further into the RPM's I get
KR seemed a little better this morning, it was cooler though & got back to normal 5-9 degrees even on very light part throttle
SC was still hot about 2.5 hrs after I shut the car off

Also noticed the gauge read misfire 2 this morning

11 psi is really high with rockers and headers on the stock pulley. With headers i was at 6.5#ish

This 11 psi, do you see it at the start of a WOT pull or at the shift point?

I have a stock pulley and have seen 10.6 at the shift point.

See it during a pull in a gear, I will take a closer look tonight where the fluctuations take place
I am wondering if this has anything to do with my KR?

Did you have the cat welded to the headers? I just assumed you were running catless

I would pull off the DP with cat, and make a run to see if that helps.

I put the SD's in up to where the V Band clamp goes, then right after it had it all welded in. If I pulled everything off would the loss of back pressure result in KR as well?
I would be unbolting just after the front O2 sensor...

Needing backpressure to run a vehicle is a myth, The only thing that it would do is help the exhaust escape just incase the cat is keeping it from doing so and choking the engine.

Honestly im betting on your tune. Your o2 is reading where its supposed to be but you cant get accurate information at wot with the narrowband , so thats why a wideband was mentioned.

If you want to get an answer on the false kr, take the belt off and go for a few wot pulls. You should see 0 kr and if you see some than it could be your mounts, dipstick, or ac lines.

You had 10.5 PSI and 5 KR without your supercharger belt? I call BS :P. If you got the same KR with it off though then its something hitting something causing false KR or a bad sensor likely. Also yes they are always hot. Ridiculously hot.

Of course not, didn't state the obvious - to state it: I had no boost with supercharger belt off lol, the KR remained the same

It should spin pretty easy. It should also spin with the belt off and motor running

when you did your headers i imagine got a mild tune at least for the ecm if so did you have the rear o2 deleted from ecm. so that the heat temp reading exhast rates diff will do it as well. not sure if u did that or not

Sounds like fake KR to me...if you had same amount of KR without supercharger then I would say something is rubbing of vibrating
