I've said this many times on here. Stock style rockers are not a fixed ratio. The higher the lift, the higher the multiplication ratio.

Since roller rockers have a roller tip, their ratio will always be whatever they are rated at.

ZZP has a great article on their site regarding this. Plus, lots and lots of discussions on clubgp as well.

    LOL..

Either of you guys have an idea of what ZZP's modded 1.9's are likely to come out at since the stocker 1.6's could be close to 1.8 at the tip?

I've never gone through the trouble of measuring. I've got like 19 motors sitting around.....maybe one of these days I should tackle that project.

the test rig is tough to setup.. you need to dials setup to read good, and something to setup pushing on the rocker. The best bet would be to do it with a spring on the head, but it would probably be way easier to measure theoretical no deflection numbers as deflection in the real world is different than what you would find on a bench (inertia plays a big role).

The correct length would be best.

Yeah, it's going to be a project. That's for sure. But, the beer from Bill should help motivate me.

I've had YT 1.95 roller rockers on my GTP for 2 years, prior to that I had zzp modded 1.9 rockers. ET's improved 1 tenth and 1.2 mph consistantly at the track when I was supercharged. But I also upgraded valve springs at the same time as the yella terra's, so I'm not sure if its the rockers or springs. Springs are L76 with ls1 retainers..

I'm turbo now and don't ever plan on going cammed. The car looses traction from the bottom of 2nd gear with 2.93's and a stock l67 torque converter at high elevation (thin air) here in Denver. More power would only be useful at the track on slicks at this point..

With all that corn you should have plenty of shine. But, I don't think you want to work while partaking of that.

I can say from experience that it was the springs that helped. Stock springs on 1.9 moddeds just plain dont work.
