I'm doing an intercooler. I've searched and read and watched videos but there are a couple of questions I still have. Does the 2005 GTP have coolant o'rings that have to be placed under the blower? Should I replace the o'rings on the injectors before putting them back in?

    TIA.

It does have the o rings. I usually don't replace the injector o rings unless they look bad.

    Injector o-rings are cheap.

You don't have too, unless they look bad/broken, but it will be a good idea since they aren't expensive.

Just one more thing you do not have to worry about.

If you are intercooling. You won't keep coolant flowing. I'd suggest plugging them as described in the "how to mod a lim" post. That way if you ever need to pull the IC, you won't have to drain coolant.
04-06 they are part of the gasket. They are nearly the same thickness as the 97-03 yellow rings.

07-08 gasket they are inlaid because the manifold has no indents for the ports.

Where's the "how to mod a lim" post. I searched and did not find it. What do you mean "You won't keep coolant flowing"

Type "Eas y" without the space and my name in the advanced search. You'll have every how to I've done.

Very cool. Thanks a lot. I'll try those plugs. I don't have the frijoles to grind on my LIM. And now I'll have to read the whole "How to" section to see what I'm missing.

I should pay closer attention. The modified LIM I got from ZZP with the intercooler has the holes welded up. And it came with the new GM intake gaskets. I think all I have left is to pick up o'rings for the FI. They sent me beautiful fuel rails and not even one o'ring.
