97 gtp gaskets were replaced and the cooling temp sensor got broke so i replaced it now it reads around 210 never read that high was always around quarter of the way i opened the bleeder valve above the thermostat and places a thermometer in the anyifreeze comin out and it only read 180 ... Does it mean my sensor is bad or something else... I also have a 180 thermostat and programed pcm so fans kick on diff now

There are actually two sensors built into the one. One is read by the pcm and one is read by the dash. I'd use a scanner to see what the pcm is seeing. If that's the only issue, maybe live with the dash being consistent daily.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
