Replaced the gasket twice now, put form a gasket on both sides of the 2nd gasket and still it leaks... Do they make anything better then a paper gasket for sealing the throttle bodies on these cars? Took a straight edge to the throttle body and its not warped, although I haven't checked the flange on the blower yet.

I would use RTV instead of a gasket.

If you used a gasket and RTV, then you should have been able to get it sealed. Is it possible one of the sensors is missing an o-ring or there is a crack in the TB or the evap line to it?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Scrapped it really well when I cleaned the TB and I replaced the evap line with a rubber line. I put my stock pulley back on I'm thinking my exhaust doesn't flow well enough despite have both the plog and d/p being as for some reason I was getting 11 lbs of post with the 3.5 and about 10 or so after I port/polished the supercharger. When I first dropped the pulley it was warmer out and over the last week or so the nights have been getting cold. I used carb cleaner and its definitely the seem were the TB meets the inlet for the s/c.
