    I dont know if "Cheap" and "13sec" should really go together.

    ha. HAHA. BAHAHAAH. Funny stuff. Going fast for cheap, okay....I mean, cheap depends on how much you're willing to spend. Either way, you'll be spending near 1,000-1,500 ish depending if you can do the labor/installs yourself to get into the 13's. A modest 3.4 setup MAY get you into high 13's, but you'll more than likely be sitting in the low 14's. But again, what the hell do i know

    you cant much cheaper modding than a wbody...just go to the junk yard and rip parts off of other cars

    just buy a civic and put a turbo from a diesel pick up on it, should get you there....

    If you wanna go fast for cheep buy a civic or an integra with a B16/B18 and turbo it, done. At the most $3,000 (including the price of the car).
