2 of those are knock sensor codes.

    Another is a O2 code.

    And a MAF code.

Thanks for posting all of those Seachicken. I was just about to do so. Any idea how to go about checking all of these? I know there are multiple things possibly going wrong to throw off each of these codes. Any common issues with these codes?

#1 Give us a bit of information. So far you said you top swapped. Nice, but when? What did you delete or leave on the car? Did you switch evap sensors etc? Did you have the pcm tuned for the swap etc? Who did the pcm?

See where this is going? I can hop on a forum and say my car won't start. That doesn't tell you that a ran the tank dry and killed the battery cranking it over. You are the guy who knows the car and what/when was done to it. We can't help you without you helping us first. PS, listing the codes and not bothering to look them up... big pet peeve of mine. I'm the kinda guy that teaches you how to fix it.

Look for things like common grounds or common power.

Sorry it was vague. I did the top swap with a gen3 about 2 months ago. I had it dyno/street tuned at a nice shop (Extreme Motorsports in tempe AZ). I have all the regular sensors that were on the GT. Big problem was the map sensor since it was from the GT, but they said they tuned around it some how and managed to get 8lbs of boost out of it. I have an xp cam, 42 lb injectors and all the other hard parts required for the xp. Ported heads as well. About a month ago I was throwing a code for a vac leak and a low temp of coolant. Changed thermostat and gas cap(which seemed messed up), coolant temp was fixed, light stayed on for about a week and turned off until last night. All sensors and lines are hooked up to my knowledge by following diagrams. I did bypass the boost bypass solenoid.

Yes all at once. SES light came on last night so I went straight to an autozone to get it scanned. Light turned off this morning while I was driving.
What is scaring me is the 2 knock sensor codes. I have an aeroforce to scan for that and I have 0 knock. Could these sensors be wrong and I'm actually having knock that it isn't picking up?

See if you have the noise channel for 1 and 2 available. I forget if they are in the Aeroforce. If you see noise, then you should be able to scan for knock. However.. Look at the code it set. It's the circuit not the sensor or knock. Which isn't an easy one to set.

That leads me to wonder about the power/grounds. Hence my post suggestion.

Something else that throws me off is at the dyno shop I peaked at 8lbs of boost with 255whp. week or 2 later I hooked up the aeroforce and it was reading 3lbs of boost max. BUT I did not touch anything under the hood and did not notice any difference in power. Why could this be? At the shop it was tuned with a 3.4". After seeing 3lbs at home, I threw on a 3.2" and still 3lbs....??
sorry for throwing so much out there

    Who put the car together?

Maybe they scaled the map somehow?
