I just want to tell everyone thank you on these forums for all the information on getting my lim replaced tonight with a few other items as well. I appreciate all the other threads for all the helpful information. I bought my car in august 10,000 miles later my gasket went. I was shocked to see the plastic gm ones on there. Now its time to start modding my car.
    Tonight I did the LIM.
every big gasket except the head gaskets
    Thermostat
    plugs
    wires
    full tranny service
    oil pan
    The list goes on.

this site can be a bible, *if used correctly.*
Jenny, The '99 Silvermist GTP. With the mod's that matter.
I would rather lose by a mile because I built my own car, than lose by an inch, because someone else built it for me. Your car is your story, so don't let someone else write the book.

Completely true. Im just glad there was not much anti freeze in the motor at all. I never had it in the oil. Just the oil in the anti freeze. I kept the gaskets. Im just glad the 3.8's are not like my old 3.1.
I love all the sarcastic members. They make everything better
