yea they are the stock wires i tried pulling on the heat shield but still didn't have any luck yet, also i heat shield slides up and down so i know thats not the problem do you think that it is possible that some how the wire and plug could have fused together (crazy thought)
alright i finally got it off the heat shield doesn't look as pretty now, an i don't really approve this method but o well i had to do what i had to do
1. put vice grips on the heat shield not to tight but not to loose
2. put a piece of pipe over part of the handle a pry
