Sure dont..L67/L32 have the same heads. I believe the valves are suppose to be a tad bit bigger in the L32..Correct me if in wrong...But not enough to make a noticeable difference or be worth the hassle.

You can mod your LIM to fit the gen v. The vacuum routing is different as well i believe.

Matt, there are a few threads on here that tell you everything you need to do to pull off the swap. Ive been reading up on them because i hope to be doing this soon too.

They are such a tiny difference you can barely tell.

You'll need to plug the evap hole on the gen V, an egr block off plate will work. Might as well get a n* tb since you have to get an adapter. The gen V 3.8 pulley is like a 3.6 on a gen 3, so whatever supporting mods you'd need for a gen3 w a 3.6 is what you'll want for the gen V. A couple of the gen V bolts are a little longer I think, so make sure you get the gen V bolts.

Switch to coper plugs, even before the conversion, coper is better with the supercharger.

^I've heard that from a couple of people, but have had great results with a blower and iridium plugs for years.

If you stick with the L67 TB, you can keep the Gen V evap and just hook to it instead of your original. Otherwise, I'd put a 90 degree barb in there and run your original evap to that. It's not better, just cleaner IMO than running to the front of the TB.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
