Pulley size??

I just traded my 1998 Grand Prix GT for a 1999 GTP, and I was wondering how small of a pulley I can get without major internal changes. If that is even possible. Plus I will be getting a PCM also, what brands are suggested

You could go down to a 2.8 without any internal work (cam) it all depends on your setup.
