Last month I changed my oil from reg to synthetic. Here recently, my car has been running hot so I've been topping off the coolant/antifreeze in radiator/reserve. The problem is only the reserve keeps getting low. I switched a couple of days ago to water in the reserve (coolant was getting expensive) and now I have yellow crap in my oil/oil cap. !! Is this a blown head gasket or just moisture from switching coolant to water in reserve??

Have you ever changed your lower intake manifold gasket?

The switch from regular to synthetic ate away the final layer of dirt holding your gaskets together. Good luck with the LIM job.

My dads 01 Monte was chugging coolant and he got the gaskets replaced and it was all good. The guy before him was running synthetic and my dad switched it back to regular after the LIM job. That was around 55,000 mi I think too. Thats probly what yours is needing
