With that pulley your going to have Knock, it will drop timing and lower your hp making your car slower then you would like. If you plan on a pulley drop you need a scanner, or more preferable a tuner. Mod until you have 0* of kr and then you can start dropping pulleys. Also most people start with a 3.5" [down from the stock 3.8"].

If you get the zzp cat back exhaust it deletes the ubend so you dont need the u bend delete also.

On top of that i would recommend autolite 104 spark plugs, they may have to be replaced a bit more then ngk but our cars highly prefer autolite copper plugs.

With all that minus the pulley you will be making around 190 to the wheels. [this is an estimate no way to know for sure without a dyno]

Look at my second post on this thread for beginning modification recommendations.

I would be think a lil higher than the 190hp range. ZZP dyno'ed one in full stock form that put down 190 to the wheels.

With a downpipe and or u-bend delete/ZZP cat back, along with Autolite 104's and a FWI you will have no problem running a 3.4 pulley.

I think it wouldnt hurt him to run a pcm to make it all come together. Just remember to scan scan scan!

Acually it doesn't. It goes cat, ubend, then the flange to the catback.

Yes he will be able to run it, but not safely. Some people are having kr problems with the 3.4" pulley even with headers. Yes every car is different, but there is only a select few factory freaks that would be able to run that setup with little to no KR nowadays.

Your very right for some reason i though the u-bend delete came with he zzp exhaust kit.

Don't drop pulley sizes. IF you want to in all reality you should either A) Have a scanner, make sure you have no Kr and then only drop a size at a time. Or B) have a tuner so you can properly tune your vehicle to eliminate the Kr.

with a horsepower calculater, giving my weight and trap speed, said i was putting down 214hp. of course that doesent calculate for tourqe or gears tho.

if you got a powerlog to go along with those mods, because the front manifold is VERY restricetive, you might be able to run the 3.4 safely with a tuned pcm. but i would scan first. any KR sucks and just makes you slower. but if your running KR free with the 3.4 i dont see a problem, if your a decent driver, doing high 13's in the 1/4. hell im gonna try and hit low 14's with intake and headers. gotta love gen V blower and 3.29 gears

sound like a good setup to me, If your looking for a fenderwell intake let me know. I can hook you up with the best one out there....at the price thats cheaper than all the rest on the market.

If you go any further wouldnt be a bad ideah to get a scan gauge.

if all this gets done its all gonna be done and tuned by ZZP themselves so there wont be KR they will tune it after the mods....but all that and to not be over 200 HP would piss me off i was expecting at least 220..... lol
