What programming was used in the PCM?

    P0171 being Lean Bank 1
P1133 Being insufficient switching of the O2

Insufficient switching is usually cause on startup by a bad heating circuit or lack of power to the heater circuit.

Lean bank... well that's often a vacuum leak. I'd grab the TB cleaner and start spraying a round the TB, the bottom of the SC to LIM, where the injectors go into the lim. And I'd pull the EGR to LIM tube and look for the usual crack at the LIM end. Theh pull the battery cables back of the battery and clean the heck out of them if they are dirty. This is an area that is often overlooked. P0171 can be power/resistance related. I've had to swap battery cables to cure it before.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Did you change gaskets out when you swapped the supercharged motor in?

Or did you just "trust em"?

trusted them didnt see a need to change them i did the valve covers. i was looking at the egr tube into the exhaust manifold and the bolt had fallen out but no exhuast was leaking so i figured it would be fine. im going to replace the bolt and clean the battery terminals

Since the bolt is out.. that's the issue. However...pull that tube and look at the end where it meets the LIM. 90% of the ones I see have a hairline or worse crack at the point that the piece holds it to the LIM. That will also screw with you.

There isn't coolant in the coolant?

    Huh.

Delete the EGR...change the LIM gaskets. If there is coolant leaking out somewhere, something is failing.

Who cares its just the EGR codes...you use two pennies and some RTV, cut off the brackets from the metal tubes, and bolt the brackets back down to the manifold/LIM after the pennies and RTV have dried.

Buy a tuned PCM from reptile.

    Be done.

I'm a fan of simply fixing the EGR with a bolt and checking the tube. No codes, no issues, no extra work. You are stock enough that there is no value in you deleting it.

As for the coolant. Is it leaking from the cover on the LIM right below the EGR tube or above? You sure it's not leftovers from the bleeder valve when you bled the system?
