I decided to replace my bad head gaskets over a month ago...the process of putting everything back together has gone slow due to work getting in the way and other things. I totally forgot to take pics of the whole process so that I would know how things went back together, does anyone have pictures mainly of the rear (side facing windshield) portion of the engine. Also, there's a bolt beside where the EGR was that won't go in straight and I have no idea as to what the issue could be.
    Thanks

What parts do you need pics of? You could just delete the egr.

I deleted the EGR, just need pics of the headers (attached to cylinder head) and how the two brackets that are connected to them which hold the wiring harness to the back of the engine.

I took all those brackets off so I guess my pics wouldn't help much

Are those brackets really important? Do I actually need them?

Yeah just a min. Why did you do the head gaskets in the first place though?

There was oil in the coolant in the overflow tank, and it smelled like Dex-Cool (but I had green 50/50 in it)

Coulda been a very rare case that your HG went, or its the trans cooler in the rad that broke and leaked trans fluid into the coolant.

Lol mine looks just as bad if not worse. Thanks for the pic, that'll really help. I really wish I had taken pics along the way, but totally forgot to do that.. I'm hoping doing the head gaskets will have solved the problem, but if not I'll try the trans cooler, fivefingerdeathpunch. Really appreciate the help guys! It'll be so nice to have her back on the road again....going from a GTP to a Stratus really hasn't been fun. I've really missed having boost lol
