skip those valve springs and buy L76 springs from pace performance.

cheap, do same thing. and also pick up some LS1 valve spring retainers.

you'll need those as well no matter which spring you choose. Any performance spring we use is an LS1 type spring.

Also hope those are modded rockers, not rollers.

Even then, buy used. they're cheaper.

Either way, I dont think lifters should be replaced honestly.

But as ^ questions, perhaps exhaust mods might be in order?

However I'm of the opinion that there are no "perfect" header solutions, only compromises.

They all have problems or sacrifice on certain aspects, there is a header/manifold thread that is stuck somewhere that covers this.

Edit: see you just posted, PCM: worthless, Downpipe eh, stock downpipe on newer cars isn't as bad as old ones, might not be worth the cost/effort, t-stat is a bandaid, plugs is fine for that pulley, but you'll want more exhaust mods than just a downpipe.

Consider a plog as well if you don't want to go headers.

be sure you get the right downpipe for your headers.

its probably cheaper to select the downpipe option from the header page than it is to buy it separately.
