Thread: Quick question...

I stripped the bolt hole where the accessory idler pulley goes. I wanted to double-check that the bolt hole was part of an accessory bracket. It looks like it is. I know a guy that'll re-tap it. Can I just remove the bracket and bring it to him?

Once the alt is off...it's three more bolts. One is back by where the coolant hoses enter and you can't see it.

Ah, that's what I figured it was attached to. I guess I have to drain the coolant. Thanks.
