Ok guys i picked up the engine yesterday and i am going to be ordering some parts to replace before i put it in and wanted some input.I am replacing the plugs and wires Wbody store has a high flow fuel filter suppossedly has anyone tried this? i will be replacing the filter as well so if this is actually better? I want to use a 3.4 pulley i am making my own CAI nothing special.I am going to take the flange on the exhaust and make a straight as i can 2.5 exhaust all the way out i will not be using any cat or 02 i do not want it loud at all just to flow, anyone have any advice on a muffler?i would like to use a 160 degree stat, my car is a 98 from what i have read i am able to do this right? I will probably have my PCM flashed but who is the best? i saw some crappy write ups on ZZP and Overkill but idk thats why i am asking.I am like an hour from ZZP but all the stuff on there site looks overpriced to me.What about the intense oil spring kit? Is it needed? Did i leave anything out that anybody else would do?I will hand port the TB myself and remove the screen,egr delete, rear 02 etc.I am going to use stock manifolds cause of money right now but i feel my exhaust will do what i need it to at this level do you think if i used header wrap on the crossover etc it would help at all or be worth my time?The most i would maybe later do is cam, rockers or Meth Inj, one or the other the advertisments on the Meth Inj seem great but i havent seen much said about them here? Any input or ideas at this point would be greatly appreciated. What about running E-85 or a mix?
