    What do you drive?

When you say nothing happens.. does the engine crank? (cause..that's something happening and how can it start w/o cranking)
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Does it turn over and not fire? Does it just click? Does it click continuously then start?

    Sorry more info is needed.

Its probably a bad starter solenoid. Take it off and get it tested.

    I'm with him ^
Or just find where the starter is and hit it with something and see if it starts, that's the actual mechanics test lol

Maybe your ignition is going bad. I would take a voltmeter positive to the purple wire on the starter and neg to ground and see if youre getting voltage while someone holds the key forward. Also make sure the ground strap going from the starter to the solenoid is tight.

have you tried to move the key back and fourth while in the start position? if you do that and it starts up , i would think its the ignition switch its self.

you can also jump the solenoid on the starter to start the car up, if that works its not the starter. key has to be in the run position when jumping the starter.

Did you get the starter done at a shop? Cause I know they are only like 80-100, at least when I did mine last September.
