I finished up my CPS yesterday, took it for a drive and was much smoother than before. Went to town today, the car was driving good but it died on me right when I pulled up to a stop, took a while to start but got it going and it died 50 ft later.

I got it to start after cranking for a few seconds but the idle is rough and you can feel the engine shaking horribly. Tried to give it some throttle to try to smooth out the roughness but only increased with the throttle. I did notice a lot more smoke from the exhaust and a little bit from the engine bay, I checked it out but disappeared quickly.

Nice thing I have my aeroforce with me, I was able to pull up 3 codes.

    P0201 - Injector circuit 1 open cylinder 1
P0300 - I think everyone knows lol. (Random Misfire)
P01260 - fuel pump speed relay control circuit

I did unplug and reapply my spark plug wires but that did not change anything.
Fyi, My fuel pump speed relay tab is bent out.
Any ideas? Anything would be great help for I'm just chillin in a parking lot, and it's raining..

    Is that the right diagram?

I inspected the injector, wiggled it around, tried seating it in all the way. Don't know what to really do to fix it.

If I'm going to replace one, shouldn't I replace them all. Is there a mile/time limit on injectors Before they start to fail?

    No.

    Just replace the one.

To rule it out, you can swap it with another one to see if the code follows to the cylinder you swapped it to.

Is there anyway to fix the stuck injector without replacing?

UPDATE: I replaced the injector, got rid of the P01260 code. Engine was still shaking a bit more than normal. Still having the P0201 and P0300 I decided to change the spark plug. It was covered in fuel. It idles good it seems like but still shaking some and white exhaust, lots of it. The. The p0201 and p0300 codes back after clearing them. Not sure what else to look at, any pointers? Coils are 1 year old and so are the wires

Forgot to mention that the SES light blinks some before staying solid and when I got back from collecting parts; there was no more fuel pressure.

I think the blinking light has something to do with unurned fuel. and it still take a while for the car to start

Mine sounds like a similar issue, except after i get it started after it dies sometimes it idles really rough and my wideband says im running way lean. Check your aeroforce for the O2 sensor numbers. if they are stuck at like 900 when it does that then its lean. switching from 200-900 all the time is normal.

Thanks for the tip, I still need to learn more about my Aeroforce to fully take it to its limit. Do you think it would be ok to drive it, I just need it home. Its in town about 5 miles away. I really dont want to do anything that can ruin more stuff. And what if it is lean? What exactly does that mean?
    Current codes are still:

    P0201
    P0300

    New injector and plug.

UPDATE: My 02 reading was right a 350, jumping up and down slighty.

Does your plug smell like fuel or coolant? White smoke is coolant.black is fuel

The spark plug was soaked in fuel and it smelled like fuel aswell.

I still dont understand why that injector isnt working properly. Only thing I can think of is to check the wiring and moving my coils around. That'll be tomorrow though.

This may be telling you there is a wiring or PCM problem (not an injector problem).
Looks like the wiring circuit is open.

I will try to see if I can find anything wrong with the wiring tomorrow, sounds like a time consuming job : \

    Thanks for the tip.

Take a 194 bulb and bend teh tabs straight. Stick it into the injector clip from the pcm and see if the light stays on constantly. If it does, this means the ground wire between the pcm and that clip is grounding out. With the key on, watch the light and wiggle the harness. Hopefully that helps you pinpoint the issue quicker.
