Never heard of that happening with a pcm.
Let us know the outcome!
Like I stated above Will at Overkill thought-
It seems as though this is an issue with 07s using the older PCM box and isn't a faulty PCM. GM has likely changed how the fuel gauge is calibrated for the 07 model year.
I would think that fuel calibration would be the same for 05,06,07???
thoughts
i would say the modular pulley. easy to get off and put the 3.8 on. is your pcm tuned for the 3.5 pulley??
ive never taken a pulley off so i dont know how hard it is to get it off and put it back on..
(i wrote this a while ago but my mom came in and said gas was going up by the hour and its 5$ a gallon so i jetted off)
Well My last email which I received Fri from Will is that he can send me another PCM to try. I repied back to him and will see if I can get a hold of him today and find out when another will be shipped out.
Just another update to the board regarding my PCM for Overkill.
Back on Sept 16th Will stated he would send out another PCM upon receiving a tracking number for the curent one I have. Well I was called out of town until 22nd and did not get a chance to sed out the current one I have. I emailed Will onthe 22, and 23 checking on the status of the replacement one and have not had any replies back yet. I have to get the current one shipped out ASAP so he receives it.
I have no use for a PCM that does not work corrently with my car. Hopefully I will either get the replacment PCM or at least a email reply to my emails. ???
