    So i pulled the engine apart today and noticed it says series II on it... I thought the 04+ were series III. Here is a pic

    Blocks are all the same after they made that one small chabge with the lim end gasket mount style.

    Namely they added locating holes.

    That is an S3 if it came from your car. They never changed the casting. I laughed the first time I saw it.
