Looks like Sealed Power has them as well in 0.010", 0.020", 0.030" undersize. It makes sense that they would offer the +0.002" OD in the three undersizes. Gives you some options with the oversized rod. It looks like the L32 rods may be machined (resized) one time. After that they're paper weights.
