ok just installed the genv supercharger and stage 2 intercooler so the mods are as follwed 1.9 roller rockers, 105lb springs, 42.5 injectors, headers, full exhaust, cia, pcm, mps ok i have the 3.2 pulley on it to scan it i have like 16 lbs of vacuum but im only making like 9lbs of boost with the 3.2 pulley does this sound right with it having a intercooler new to the intercoolers runs strong just seems a little low on boost being i was running 12 on a 3.4 on the gen 3 with no intercooler

Because an intercooler is technically a restriction.

    And rockers/headers help flow.

I saw 11-12 on a 3.0" with no intercooler, but ported heads and a big cam. So, it sounds about right.

Try swapping belts if you want, but basically...when you are flowing better you aren't making as high of boost numbers. All boost is...is a measure of restriction. These motors tend to run great around 8-12 psi....so it sounds like if you aren't knocking, try a 3.1" or even a 3.0". Might help get the boost numbers up a little...but too much boost is just going to heat soak that IC and cause more parasitic loss from the smaller pulley.

    How's that?
