My temp gauge only goes up a few notches despite of how long it has been running. After only a few minutes I have perfect heat aswell. What could be wrong?

This is a link to the coolant problems I have.. I believe this might have something to do with it. But ive also been told its just a bad sensor.

You mean like 1/4 of the way up? If you have good heat its not the tstat. Sounds normal, these cars run at about 1/4 of the way up.

what's the bottom number on your gauge? 100 or 160?

Bad coolant temp sensor in the LIM. Pretty easy to replace.
