Friday, the day I drive the GP into work. I get half way there went to go high speed merge into traffic and the ****ing car shuts off DIC, Dash Cluster, Radio and turns back on not sure if engine died but I know the ETB wouldn't respond. This happened this morning three times.. I could hear what sounded like a relay coming from the passenger side fuse box. Not sure what that means.

    Issue number two.
The voltage issue! Battery and Alt have both passed 5 test thrown at it, two at the dealer and 3 at auto zone. At times it will act normal 14+ volts charging with air and accessories on. other times it will struggle to keep above 12.10v at idle and 13.6 cruising.

    Issue number three
The random high RPM multiple cylinder misfire (no its not valve float.) This is not all of the time but most of the time its a **** and has a misfire after 5k RPM to the point where I have to let off or it will go boom. It is register misfires in ALL cylinders not just one or two. The last time it did this I reseated all of the injector wires beat on the coil packs with a screw driver tugged on the wire harness connecting the ICM screamed obscenities at it and it went away.

What I have done so far.
Added a 10g ground to the strut tower from the battery
    Yelled obscenities at the car
Threatened it with being pushed into a river.
Changed my spark plugs from AL 103 to NGK somethings (they are in my sig) New spark plug wires as well
Checked the ground by the batter it is secure and rust free.
Checked the ICM ground its is secure and rust free.
    Reseated PCM connections.

I did find a part of the harness had come into contact with the headers and melted away the wire loom and flattened the wire insulation but did not melt through. I am calling ed morad today for that part.

I am going to replace the ignition switch. Don't know why I didnt think of that. All issues but misfire point to that.
