you wanted proof! there it is.
i have 278hp on a 3.4 pulley cam headers and full exhaust, and afr at 11.8 NOTHING ELSE DONE

No timing chain/springs/retainers/valve seals/valve locks/machine work/lifters/push rods?

Question for OP:

Was the 13.8 ran without the Gen V? I saw it in your "current" list.

So that was basically pulley, tune, rockers, plog/downpipe, intake?

yessir on a 3,5 pulley w/ overkill can tune
