    yup! I had this problem too on my regal, cylinder 1 on 1/4 coil was completely rust, I replaced all the coils and no problems since (1 year+ ago)
    Black 98 Regal GS: best run 13.95@99.75
    99 Red GP L36: 15.5 in 1/4

    Plug gap could be too large. If it persists i would gap a few .010's smaller.
