Yes you want a machine shop to assemble the bottom end. Whether you use stock new bolts or ARP. There are issues that arise when assembling that make parts no longer true and the motor dies quickly if it's not done correctly.

I believe Reptile has a set of bolts for the bottom end.

Reptile has ARP Rod Bolts...but that's it.
