what does the smoke smell like?

maybe check your coolant level and see if its low, it may be leaking.

also maybe your valve covers are leaking oil onto the manfolds.

I had come across the same issue recently. Some smoke at idle sometimes. We thought it could have been anything but valve seals as they were replaced less than a year ago. Well pulled both covers off and found seal on exhaust valve was no longer seated Wouldnt hurt to pull covers and inspect

So the gaskets on my Cylinder Heads are probably shoot then. You have to replace the bolts too. don't you? Does anyone have the bolt sequence?

Most likely your issue is valve seals. Head gaskets are very uncommon.
