can do all the mods and then just not put the pully on correct??? it will need tuned after the pully
If you didnt screw up the mods (IE... Pulley is not too small, headers dont leak, intake isnt retarded) you dont need to be tuned. Only mods that require tuning are injectors and radical cams (xp/VS/S1x are not radical)
