Stock flange gaskets are good forever, had mine apart about 10-15 times over the years... I have no clue why people go to FelPro's, since those require replacement everytime, from then on.
You'll just need the O2 harness extension (ZZP or custom), a cat-back gasket (vendor or parts store), and the typical items for this type of work (copper RTV for slip-fits, anti-sieze for O2 threads).
Best thing to do is wipe them clean after install, to get the majority of the hand-grime off before your initial install. They turn gold as soon as the car starts, beginning at the flange & moving down the pipes after a minute or two. Maybe take a vid, just for something fun to re-watch.
