Check the plug yet? 04 gtp, is that a gen 5 or gen 3? 3.2 pulley is pretty small for gen 5 with just headers. Its pretty small for gen 3. What mods do you have? What thermostat?

I agree, mods aren't really supporting for a 3.2. But hey..let's diagnose it.

Being one cylinder it can be a plug, wire, coil. Those are where I'd start. If you haven't.. look at the wire. #6 is a long way from the coil and with headers..well burning a wire is possible.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Check for spark. I would pull the fuel pump fuse, pull the #6 plug, grab it with some rubber tipped pliers, and ground the electrode out somewhere metal in the engine bay (coil bracket or something). Have a friend crank the car and make sure it sparks, and that it's not extremely weak either.
