"NGKTR55/AL104's for your 3.4" Setup, TR6's are a tad cooler...best used around the 3.25" pulley area, and AL103's...are for the extreme supercharged application...3.0" pulley or lower."

    From bluegtp91

So I'd say go for the autolite! They are the best plugs all around for the grand prix, but you need to change them more often.

I run 103's in mine. No complaints. But yeah you will need to change them more often, and expect more idle misfires

I actually have about 12K on my AL103R's and they look great, a nice golden brown...probably rated for no more than 5K miles and I'm going to change them here when I toss on the new headers. Recommended though...that you do change them at LEAST every 10k miles.

I have around ~7.5k miles on my 103's. I would suggest the 103's if you're going to check them often, and replace; like blue said, at least every 10k miles.

Off topic...Blue, your 103's don't count as a cooling mod?

Thanks I'll put the AL103s on. One of the TR6s broke during the install and wanted to see if I should get 103s already. I was kind of in doubt since I felt that the 3.1 pulley fell in between both.

NGKs are also hard to find around here, I'm glad I'm back to Autolites.

i think the NGKs are over rated IMHO....

if you switch to e85 you can run your plugs longer BTW
